Wow! Can't believe we are getting ready to check off another show from our calendar. Each year our show grows bigger and better! We couldn't do it without the support from our sponsors, vendors, participants, spectators, friends and family. We've built up a ton of relationships/friendships through what we do. We've inspired a bunch of people and we've been inspired by those same people to continue our push to bring you a great event. Thank you all for your continued support!

We are proud to be hosting another year of  Shiny Side Up. Our bicycle show is open to all makes, models and styles. On Saturday July 27, 2013, The Others BC will be hosting our pre-show ride through the streets of San Jose. Sunday, July 28, 2013 is California's Premier Bicycle Show in San Jose's, History Park (AKA Kelly Park) Show hours are from 10am-4pm. If you are interested in a vendor booth or are interested in showing off your bikes shoot an email to: behindbarsinc@gmail.com and we will get you the necessary information! SHINY SIDE UP 2012

This year has been action packed for us with almost one event a month since January and even more to come to finish out the year. Each event is/was ground breaking with great exposure to new people and we had a blast at each one! All this hard work and dedication is put forth to promote our brand and bicycle events we've been building for the past 10 years. This year our show; Shiny Side Up 2012 will be the biggest and best one yet. Hyland Family Bicycles is presenting this years show at History Park in San Jose which is hosted by us and co-hosted by Huntington Beach Bicycle Company. We have participants coming from various parts of the country; new builds, new vendors and new attractions. This year we have also teamed up with The Others Bicycle Club to host our Pre-Show Ride which is happening Saturday, July 28, 2012. Stay tuned for more info on our upcoming events! Cruiser Rama

We're hosting the first ever indoor Bicycle Show dubbed "Cruiser Rama" at the Goodguys 19th Summer Get-Together June 2-3, 2012 in Pleasanton, Ca! Check out an awesome display of Vintage, Classic and Custom Bicycles. The Goodguys will be providing awards for this judged event. Contact us at behindbarsinc@gmail.com if you're interested in showcasing you ride! Space and time is limited so, contact us now!

The Boydster Cruiser

#1 of 10. We are running a limited series of Hot Rods by Boyd cruisers. AKA: The Boydster Cruiser. This one features our signature "Hard Time" frame. 26"x3" rear wheel laced to a Sturmey Archer 2 spd. kick back hub, front wheel is 29"x1.5" laced to a high flange sealed hub. Rear wheel is outlined by a custom rear fender with a subtle ducktail and handmade polished aluminum struts. Up front we have fully polished triple trees and stem which clamp down a set of custom bars. The seat has been upholstered in Grey leather and embroidered with the Hot Rods by Boyd logo. Each of these builds are numbered and host subtle Boyd Coddington styling cues. All the detail and quality you would expect in a high dollar hot rod is wrapped into these cruisers. We can also build you a one-off "Hot Rod Bicycle" similar to the Boydster Cruiser. Contact us for more info!

5th Annual Bike-O-Rama! at The Sacramento Autorama

Behind Bars, Inc. and College Cyclery have team up to bring you a bigger and better Bike-o-Rama at the Sacramento Autorama. Show your two wheeled creation under the same roof as the finest Hot Rods, Street Rods and Customs. This 3-day event at the Cal Expo Center is fun for the entire family so, bring them all!

***REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL DAY OF SHOW***
1st entry is $50.00 Additional entry (Up to 5 entries) $10.00 each (not $25 as noted on Reg Form)

Full Show credentials will be issued for the first entry.
(Includes parking/entry passes and goodie bag)

Cycle Showdown at the Cow Palace!

We are hosting the Cycle Showdown at the 2010 SF Bike Expo. It's all happening under the roof of the World Famous Cow Palace! The Showdown will host some of the baddest pedal powered Freedom Machines in the Universe! From survivors and restorations to full blown customs and everything in between; they will all be shined up or rusted out for your viewing pleasure! So, come down with the family and friends and make a day of the festivities at the SF Bike Expo! 

Details, details, details... Click HERE to register your ride(s). $25 Bike Registration (up to 5 bikes) which includes the door. You may register and pay today or on site. Doors open at 7 AM for on site registration.
